“Goodness never fails to receive its reward, for goodness makes life a blessing.”
– Mary Baker Eddy

Goodness is rewarded with an internal prize.

It’s the feeling of having done the right thing.

Your goodness to others is a blessing to others, and for yourself.

Do the right thing, be good, and receive the reward of a peaceful life filled with loving friends.

Thinking of you,

Pamela

“Philanthropy Is Loving, Ameliorative, Revolutionary” – Mary Baker Eddy

The Definition of Philanthropy, from Mary Baker Eddy

“Philanthropy is loving, ameliorative, revolutionary”

What a grand call on philanthropy from this 19th century author and spiritual leader.  Philanthropy is loving – but also corrective.  It ensures success.  It keeps us unselfish, and even uncovers evil.  And the goodness itself, the kind love of giving — not a placard on a building, not a name on a brochure — is the greatest gift.

Sincerely,
Pamela
