“Reject your sense of injury and the injury itself disappears”

– Marcus Aurelius, Meditations

Did someone offend you today?

Or… did you let them offend you?

Remember, you don’t have to accept what someone gives you in language or action or intent.

You can choose to not follow your feeling. You can choose to know the Truth.

Save yourself the time of angst that you think is from someone else. Center up inside and take responsibility for what you know: You are a person of value, complete and whole, right now. No one is going to make you that; no one is going to take it away.
